Élan was born in California, where she lived and worked in both journalism and marketing. Then Élan picked up nad moved with her fiancé, to France, to learn to speak French and to experience French culture... and French Fooooood! Now she's back in the USA where she's in charge of contents and public relations for Letscookfrench.com.

Mother of 4 lively children, Anne-Laure is always looking for new ways to surprise her family. She started in the print business and moved to web services in 1999. She gratuated the prestigious French culinary arts school IHEGGAT with a research work on the role of pleasure in food. In charge of commercial strategy, company developement and partnerships, she loves sailing and her favorite dish is suprême de volaille (minced chicken).
Christophe Duhamel
After a degree in electronics and computing, Christophe started in the web industry in 1995, going from computing to marketing to web consulting for big companies. He travelled a lot to discover and gather food traditions all over the world. In charge of marketing strategy, content and site management, he's fond of travelling, loves to write and his favorite dish is a small french almond pastry called macaron.
Olivier Aboilard
After studying electronics, Olivier started as a computing specialist in a web agency, He's now our technical guru, in charge of technical architecture and site development. He loves acting, he's a talented guitar and bass player, and his favorite dish is columbo de poulet (chicken columbo).
Jean-Bernard Vérot
As a father of two, Jean-Bernard has always seen cooking as a way of living. He's been playing with computers and pans for a long time. In charge of recipe management and user interface, he loves motorbikes and his favorite dish is pain d'épices (gingerbread).
Peggy Nille
After attending a well-known Art school in Paris, Peggy started in a web agency at the time of the Internet boom. She then developed her talents as an illustrator and now also works for the biggest editors in France. She loves drawing, and her favorite dish is crème brûlée.
