Coulant au chocolat ( warm oozing chocolate cake )

Ingredients (for people):
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3.5 oz of chocolate
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs


Preparation :
Melt in a bowl surrounded by hot boiling water(Marie bath) the chocolate then the butter while whipping gently.

Add in the sugar, eggs and the flour.

Pour in a cupcake mold.

Bake at 400°F for 6 min.

Serve with a pudding or vanilla ice-cream.
