Ingredients (serves 4 people):
- 4 pears
- 4.5 oz of chocolate bar
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup lightly salted butter + some for the mold
- 1 tbsp of almond powder
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, brown sugar and almond powder until obtaining a sandy paste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Butter a baking dish and place the chocolate squares there.
Boil the pears 20 seconds, peel them and cut them in quarters.
Place on the chocolate squares.
Place the dough onto the pears and chocolate.
Put in the oven at 435°F for 30 min. Serve warm.
