Thyme and garlic chicken

Ingredients (serves 2 people):

- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 medium-sized potatoes
- olive oil
- thyme
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- parmesan
- mustard


Directions:

Place the chicken in a dish surrounded by potatoes cut in small slices.

Sprinkle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Put in the oven at 450°F, so that they roast well.

Turn over the chicken (and the potatoes) during cooking.

Cook approximately 45 min to 1 hour.

Lower the oven to 400°F.

Leave the dish in and spread out over the skin of chicken the thyme mixture, garlic, parmesan, mustard (for the amounts, adapt according to your taste).


Cook for 10 more min.

The top must be crispy!
