Barbecued mussels

Preparation: 5 min
Cooking: 10-15 min on the barbecue

Ingredients (per person):

- 12 or so mussels

Sauce :
- large grain salt
- lemon juice
- pimento pepper

Directions:

Place the cleaned mussels directly on the barbecue grill.
When they open, wait for 2 min: then they're ready.

In a cup, dissolve salt in lemon juice, then add some pepper.

Pour a little sauce in each shell before tasting.
