- 6 zucchinis
- herbs of Provence
- salt
- fresh cream (crème fraîche)
Directions:
Cut the zucchinis in slices of 3 inches lengthwise (keep on the skin), season with salt (not too much) and herbs of Provence.
Roast on the barbecue grill for 5 min on each side (according to the height of the grill), take them off when you start to see the black traces of the grill (before they are not too dry).
Serve at once with a little salt and fresh seasoned herbed cream.
You can serve with barbecued pork. It's ideal for summer!
