Lobster roasted with basil

Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1 lobster or 2 lbs (or 2 lobsters at 1lb)
- 6 tbsps of butter
- salt and pepper
- 12 leaves of basil
- a lemon
Directions:
Boil the lobster, divide it in two parts, sprinkle the flesh with the quarter of the melted butter, season.
Roast for 15 min while sprinkling from time to time with butter.
In the meanwhile, knead the remainder of butter with the chopped basil leaves, salt and pepper.
Serve the lobster with this scented butter and lemon at will.
If the lobsters are smaller, decrease a little the cooking time, 10 minutes are enough for small lobsters (1 lb).
You can make the same recipe with crab, directions and cooking time are the same.
