Butterfly fruit on the barbecue

Ingredients (serves 6 people):
- 2 pears
- 2 peaches
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 4 tbsps of honey
- 1 lemon
- 3 mint strands
Preparation:
Cut out 6 aluminum paper squares of 8 inches for the curlpaper.

Peel the pears, divide them in four, remove the core, cut the quarters in fine strips and distribute them on the aluminum squares.

Cut the peeled peaches in strips of approximately 1/4 inch and add them to the pears, spread some raspberries on top.

Grate the peel of lemon and place some small fragments on the fruit.
Cover the fruit with honey, add some mint leaves and close the foil like a balloon while rolling the edges.

Place the curlpaper on the grill of the barbecue and let it cook for 8 min.
