Ingredients (serves 4 people):

- 3.5 oz of dark chocolate (+ 8 chocolate squares)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 - cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter(+ 1 nob for each ramekin),
- 1 tbsps of flour (+ 1 teasp for each ramekin)
- 4 ramekins


Directions:

Pre-heat the oven to 500°F
Melt the chocolate (not the 8 squares) in a bain-marie (in a bowl surrounded by boiling water), then add the butter.

In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs and flour.
Incorporate the chocolate and mix.

Pour 1/3 of the preparation in the buttered and floured ramekins.

Put 2 chocolate squares in the middle then cover them with the remainder.
Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
Eat it warm and, for food lovers, with a cream or ice-cream on top.
