Chocolate fondant cake for dummies

Ingredients (serves 6 people):

- 7 oz of dark baker's chocolate
- 2 tbsps of butter
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp of flour


Directions:

Melt the chocolate in a pan with a half glass of water.

Withdraw the pan from the burner and add butter to it.

Add sugar, eggs, and flour.

Butter a cake dish, deposit the dough there (the dough should not be thick).

Cook 20 min at 415°F.
This cake is better cold, so take it out of the fridge 10 minutes before eating.

I made this cake as a last resort for an assignment for french class, and it was more than I could have asked for! Everyone who tried it loved it, but it was a bit rich. We also couldn't find dark bakers chocolate, so we used the semisweet baker's chocolate instead. Yum! I'd suggest this recipe to ANYONE, it's rrrreeeaaally good.
