- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 10 tbsps of milk
- 5 tbsps of olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp of butter for the mold
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add in the flour mixed with the baking powder and the milk and oil.
Butter a cake mold and pour the mixture in there.
Cook for 40 min and let it cool for 10 min out of the oven before unmolding.
Can be made the day before. You can add pinenuts, spilt almonds, currants, raspberries... If there are fresh fruit, cook a little longer (up to 1 hour).
This cake is a delice for the breakfast, it's become a grand classic at my house!
It's for the breakfast so I don't think we'll drink anything but coffee or tea!
