Preparation: 15 min
Cooking: 25 to 30 min

Ingredients (serves 4):

- 1 yogurt (the pot is the container used to measure quantities for other ingredients)
- 2 pots of sugar
- 3 pots of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 2 tbsps of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of vanilla or lemon flavor

Directions:

Start by emptying the yogurt in a bowl, clean the yogurt pot with water and dry it well.

Add the 2 pots of sugar, only 2 pots of flour and 2 eggs.

Add the 3rd pot of flour, mix with the whip and add the oil and the baking powder (7g).

Add the flavor and cook at 375°F for 25 to 30 min.
Very easy and delicious dessert. You can eat with a light custard ('creme anglaise' in French).

The cake is really delicious, but I did find that the crust is kind of hard! Don't know if I did something wrong or if it is supposed to be like that? But do try it!! It's very nice!
