Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 2 lbs of veal
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 2 or 3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- a handful of mushrooms, cut
- 1 cup of crème fraîche
- some lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- flour
- 1 cup of white wine
Directions:
Brown the meat in butter until the pieces until golden. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of flour on top. Mix well. Add 2 or 3 glasses of water and mix again.
Add the 2 bouillon cubes. Add the wine and enough water to cover the meat.
Cut the carrots in rounds and the onions, then add them in with the mushrooms.
Let it simmer on low heat about 1h30-2h00 while stirring occassionaly. If neccessary, add more water from time to time.
In a bowl, mix together the crème fraiche, egg yolk and the lemon juice. Add this mixture at the last minute, mix well and serve right away.
