Zucchini gratin express

Ingrédients (serves 4 people):
- 6 zucchinis
- 3/4 cup of creme fraiche
- 1 glass of milk
- grated gruyere cheese (swiss)
- 2 eggs
- flour
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Peel and steam the zucchinis until tender.
Drain them and then mash.
Add the eggs and creme fraiche and mix well.
Add the milk and a spoon of flour (which will absorb the water of the zucchini).
Place the mixture in an ovensafe gratin baking dish and sprinkle on the cheese.
Bake in a hot oven for approximately 15 minutes.
If you don't want to add milk, you can add more creme fraiche: it will be a bit fatter, but taste better!
