Scallop rolls with lime and basil

Ingredients (for 4 people):

- 8 pastry dough sheets
- 4 scallops
- 8 basil leaves

For the marinade :

- 1 piment pepper
- 1 lime
- a little garlic



Directions:

Place the scallops in a soup plate, mince the piment pepper, chop the garlic, and sprinkle this over the scallops.

Press the lemon juice and trickle over the scallops.

Put a plastic film cover and let it marinate approximately 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Pose two sheets of pastry dough one on top of the other.
Brush with oil.
Put a basil leave in the center, 1 marinated scallop and again a basil leaf.
Close the pastry sheets in small packages.
Put it on a hot oven (400°F) for about ten minutes.
