Garlic in olive oil

Ingredients:
- garlic cloves
- olive oil
Method:
Separate the garlic cloves without peeling them.
Put them in jars (jam jars for example), pour in the olive oil, covering the garlic completely.
Close the jars.
And voilà, wait for 3 months before consuming (and yes, it's long!)
After this time, the skins come off by themselves and you can use the garlic as fresh garlic and the garlic olive oil for cooking.
