Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 2 red peppers cut in squares
- 4 chicken breasts cut in cubes
- 4 slices of bacon
- olive oil
Spicy fruit sauce :
- 1 pitted mango cut in large cubes
- 1 oz of plain yogurt
- 4 tbsp of lemon juice (1 lemon), and the zest
- little less than 1 oz of freshly chopped coriander
- 1 pimento pepper, seeded and chopped
Directions:
Sauce with the fruits: mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Put it in the refrigerator.
Skewers: preheat the grill, thread the pieces of red pepper, bacon and chicken on 4 metal skewers.
Glaze the skewers with olive oil, and place them on the grill to cook while frequently turning them over for approximately 10 minutes, until they are golden.
Serve the skewers with the fresh spicy fruit sauce.
Don't squish the ingredients on the skewers because the meat will likely not cook well. Cooking with the barbecue is much tastier: preheat the plate of the grill and paint the oil on before cooking. In the sauce, you can replace mango by a small papaya, according to the season.
