Preparation: 15 min
Cooking: 7 min

- 1/2 cup of butter (add a pinch of salt if using unsalted butter)
- 1/2 cup + of sugar
- 7 oz of dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup of flour

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 475°F.

Melt the butter in a pot over low heat (or in the microwave oven).
Mix in the sugar.
Melt the chocolate separately.
Add the melted chocolate to the butter/sugar mixture and mix well.
Add 3 eggs and the flour.
Mix well.
Put the mixture into a tart dish lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake for 7 minutes in the hot oven.

Let cool and refrigerate at least two hours.

Unmold and serve quite cold.
It's toooo good!! It's even better using salted butter.
