Herbes de provence ( provence herbs mix )

Ingrédients (for a small pot) :
- 4 tbsp of dried thyme
- 6 tbsp of dried marjoram or oregan (oregan is wild marjoram)
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried savory
Optional :
- 1/2 tbsp of dried tarragon
- 1/2 tbsp of dried chervil
- 1/2 tbsp of dried fennel
- 1/4 tbsp of dried lavender
Directions:
Mix the herbs together, put them in a pot and store in a dry place.
Very much used in French cuisine to enhance roasted meat, fish, vegetables, salads...
