- 1 1/2 cans of tuna
- 1 cup of grated gruyere cheese (can be done with cheddar)
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 teasp of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsp of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- ground pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients, but add the tuna and the Gruyere last.
Put in a cake or bread mould, buttered and floured.
Bake 40/45 min at 415°F.
Eat cold or warm. Not expensive, easy and delicious.
