Banana flambé

Ingredients (for 4 persons) :
- 8 ripe bananas, peeled and cut in half
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 60 ml rum

- 8 ripe bananas, peeled and cut in half

- 1.76 oz. sugar

- 1.76 oz. butter

- 1 pinch vanilla powder

- 4 tablespoons rum

Method :


Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla together, put this

mixture in the slits of the bananas.

Put the prepared bananas on a buttered baking sheet.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of water and sugar on top.

Bake for 30 minutes on low heat.

Pour the rum over the bananas and flambé, serve right away.
