Ingredients (for 6 persons) :
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp milk
- 25 cl heavy cream
- 75 g butter
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tsp anilla extract
- 2 tbsp dark rum
- 150 g crushed hazels or walnuts
- 150 g grated coconut
- 3 bananas
- 3 pears
- 3 tangerines
- 12 marshmallows
- some dried fruits (dates, figs, prunes)
- lemon juice
Peel the fruits and cut them into slices (except the tangerines). Squeeze lemon juice on top of them.
Arrange them nicely in a dish with nuts.
Place the grated coconut and crushed hazels in small bowls.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the milk.
When the chocolate is softened, add the cream and whisk.
Just before serving, add the butter into pieces, the vanilla extract, the cinnamon and the rum.
To serve, place the saucepan on a portable stove on the table, with the fruits and dried fruits around the table.
Take a fruit piece with your fork, dip it into the chocolate, and dip it into a bowl with hazelnuts, coconut or dried fruits.
