Ingredients (for 4 persons) :
- 1 puff pastry
- 150 g of plain bacon bits
- 1 mozzarella ball
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 large red onion
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 10 cl of clotted cream or semi thick
Cut the onion into small pieces or thin slices, and caramelize it in butter and sugar.
Add salt and pepper.
Put the dough in a pie pan and top with tomato paste.
Grate the zucchini.
Cut the mozzarella ball into slices.
Place the pieces of mozzarella, the bacon bits, the zucchini, and the caramelized onion on the dough.
Then finish by adding the sour cream.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 210 °C (410 °F) (thermostat 7).
