In pan pie pastry recipe

Dessert - Very easy - Cheap - Vegetarian - Without Pork - Kosher

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 35 minutes

Ingredients (for 1 dough) :
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 5 lumps of sugar
- 125 g of butter
- 250 g of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder

- 5 tablespoons of water
- 5 lumps of sugar
- 4 1/2 oz of butter
- 8 3/4 oz of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder


Method :


In a pan melt the butter with the sugar and water.

Off the heat, add the flour and the baking powder. Stir with a spatula.

Flour the pie dish, roll out the dough in the pie directly with fingers.

Garnish with fruit (ideal for juicy fruit).

Bake for 30-35 minutes in a hot oven.
