Nutella ice cream

Preparation time : 30 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 persons) :
- 1 medium jar of Nutella (220 g)
- 4 eggs
- 1 carton of liquid double cream
- 20 g of sugar
- 20 cl of water
- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 medium jar of Nutella (7.8 oz)
- 4 eggs
- 1 carton of liquid double cream
- 0.7 oz of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 pinch of salt

Method :

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and save only 2 whites out of 4.

Prepare a syrup with sugar and water:

Bring them to a boil over a high heat then keep on the heat for 30 sec.

Let the syrup cool down a little then pour it over the egg yolks and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture whitens.

Beat the 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and set aside.

Prepare a whipped cream:

Whip the cream (previously placed in the freezer in the bowl for 10 min).

Combine the preparation with the egg yolks and Nutella syrup.

Add the whipped cream then the mixed egg whites.

Let to set in the freezer in the ice cream maker for the necessary time.

Advice :

In case you do not have an ice cream maker, stir the ice cream from time to time when in the freezer. You can replace Nutella by Mars or Lion chocolate…
