Pavé salmon on its bed of leeks

Recipe Pavé salmon on its  bed of leeks

Ingredients (for 4 persons) :
- 4 paves of salmon
- 4 leeks
- 20 cl thick sour cream
- salt, pepper
- oil
- curry

- 0.84 cups thick sour cream

- salt, pepper

- oil

- curry

Method :


Cut the leeks into rounds (all the white part and some of the

green, about 3 centimeters of it), wash and melt in oil in a

frying pan with the lid on so that they do not become grilled

(about 15 mins.).

At the end of cooking, add the salt, pepper and curry according to

taste.

Then set these leeks in an oven-proof dish, cover with the paves

of salmon, peppered if you wish, and coat it all with the sour

cream.

Seal the dish as much as you can with aluminum paper, and bake on

thermostat 6-7, (220°C/428°F), for 20 minutes, depending on the

size of the salmon.

For a change and according to what you like, instead of the curry

for example you can sprinkle some thinly chopped dill over the

salmon instead.
