Ingredients (for 4 persons) :
- 400 g of centre-cut salmon fillet
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of dill
Cut the salmon into small cubes with a knife, and place in a bowl.
Add the balsamic vinegar, the olive oil, the chopped chives and dill,
the juice of the lime and 1/2 the lemon.
Fill in a cookie cutter with the mixture to give it a shape.
Let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
