Ingredients (for 6 persons) :
- 1 kg of vegetables (zucchini, leeks, carrots)
- 100 g of smoked brisket
- 30 cl of liquid cream
- Chopped chives (preferably fresh)
- 100 g of salted butter
- 100 g of flour
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
Cut the carrots and zucchini into small cubes.
thinly slice the leeks.
Blanch all the vegetables for 3 min.
Prepare thebreadcrumbs: mix the flour and the breadcrumbs then add the butter.
Knead all the ingredients until you obtain a grainy dough.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (375°F).
Cut the smoked brisket into small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients together: the vegetables, the smoked brisket, the cream and the chives.
Pour into a mould.
Cover the preparation.
Bake for 30-40 min.
