Candlemas

Candlemas - in French "Chandeleur" - is the originally last celebration of the Christmas cycle. The tradition requires that nativity scenes, put up in our houses at Christmas, stay until Candlemas. Nowadays, this celebration is better known as the Crepe Day! And you'll need delicious French crepes, covered in melted chocolate, sweet jams or plain sugar to celebrate that special day properly
